My nanny accidentally lost our one set of keys. For security purposes, we requested to replace all the locks in the entire house. It is a big work but the price is very reasonable.

This company was able to come out the first thing in the morning for our broken garage door. Jeff was my technician to replace the spring for my garage door. He showed up earlier and answered all my questions in very professional way. He diagnosed the issues, gave us a quote. He explained the problems in a clear and understandable way and the quote seemed really fair. He finished the work in a timely manner and helped to lube the parts which was an extra with no charge. It is a pleasure to have him service my garage door repairs.

The glass door and lock got broken by my 5 year old son. I thought I will spend hundred of bucks for a repair but they charged me fairly.

I called at 4:30 pm and they came at 5:30 pm. I called to inquire about setting up a meeting to get a quote and my sales rep was professional and informative. Fees were clearly stated before the tech arrived. The technician phoned in advance to let me know his estimated arrival time within the quoted window. They installed 4 new garage doors , with 4 new openers and multiple wireless keypads. All of the crews were thoughtful and professional. They arrived promptly, began work immediately and completed in a timely manner removing all debris and cleaned up everything when they left. What a positive experience. The problem was repaired perfectly.

I lost the keys of my door knobs and for security purposes I had to change all my knobs immediately. Luckily I found their number in google. They came just right in time. No long interviews. Just quick and good service.

I called while at work and the crew came out the same day to take a look. They fixed my old garage door opener and the same day got diagnosis and new unit to replace my old broken one. They cleaned up after themselves and it was a great all around experience.
