If ur door handle is working on one side and not on the other this little piece of metal rod is usually the culprit. Solution is usually quite simple. Open the handle cover with the help of Allan key and a flat head. Make sure this piece is position in the centre where both handle have a grip on it and cover/tighten everything back.This piece of metal is what rotates when you turn ur handle.Have a door or lock issue?
