Replacing sliding door roller. One of the thing our van service guys always complain is that we are carrying too much load on our van. ![]()

No choice. No such thing as industry standard one size fits all roller. We have 3 boxes full of roller one for top hung one for bottom and one for those not brought in by Singapore supplier and carrying each box is like lifting weight in the gym.
Replacing the closer is the easy part adjusting the speed and testing it over and over is the hard part
Pretty old balcony door with dirty track, rust roller, missing latch and some alignment issue. ![]()

Couple hours of work and they are now finally able to roll smoothly from one side to the other so as to open up the space to the balcony fully.
I lost the keys of my door knobs and for security purposes I had to change all my knobs immediately. Luckily I found their number in google. They came just right in time. No long interviews. Just quick and good service.
